Colour: Red
Yield: 36 hl/hectares

Exposure and soil:
The vineyard is essentially situated on the plateau of Vacqueyras. The soil is composed of pebbles and clayish-limestone.

The vinification is traditional, the grapes are harvested by hand and carefully sorted. The grapes are destemmed but slightly crushed. The maceration lasts 10 to 12 days to obtain maximum colour, concentration and aromatic compounds.

This is a generous wine with ever-present tannins, presenting lovely fruity notes.
To be enjoyed when young.
The Vacqueyras is Estate-bottled with our own bottling system.

« It has a deep purple colour with intense aromas of red fruits. The tannins are supple and elegant and this wine is well balanced and pleasant. »
